As Senior Legal Counsel for Privacy, you will advise on data protection compliance, manage privacy risks, enhance compliance frameworks, and monitor legislation across multiple territories.

Provide on-site and remote 1st/2nd line IT desktop support for Dell and Mac environments, manage onboarding/offboarding, run training sessions, create process guides and training videos, support printers, video conferencing and mobile phones, and assist with ordering, invoicing and supplier management.

Lead development and operational delivery of CRM capabilities (Braze) across retention and engagement. Manage campaign delivery, optimisation, QA, vendor relationships, and platform roadmap; enable stakeholders and unlock new platform/AI-driven capabilities across multiple European markets.
