The Technical Buyer purchases aviation parts, tools, equipment, services, and general supplies. Responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, negotiating supplier contracts and pricing, sourcing suppliers, monitoring inventory and vendor performance, managing procurement processes, supporting cost-reduction initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and preparing reports. The role requires purchasing experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with office and supply-chain systems, and the ability to work flexibly.

Il soutient les techniciens licenciés lors des activités de maintenance, effectue des travaux sous supervision, collabore avec différentes équipes, suit les formations assignées et maintient un environnement de travail sécuritaire.

Apprentices develop aircraft maintenance skills under experienced AMEs, complete aircraft documentation, verify component certification, follow the Maintenance Control Manual and Transport Canada regulations, attend assigned training, comply with SMS policies, and maintain a clean, safe workplace. The role requires completing a recognized aircraft maintenance technician program and offers training on business jets.
