The role requires strong visual judgment, proficiency with photo and video editing tools, adaptability, collaboration, and independent execution in a remote environment.

The Junior UI/UX Designer creates user-centered web and mobile experiences through research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and CRO. They collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams, present design concepts, address accessibility and responsive design issues, and support process improvements using AI and automation tools.

Plans and coordinates shoot-based content productions from concept through final delivery. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, casting, locations, crews, equipment, client communication, production execution, and project milestones. Collaborates with directors and creative teams, supports pitches, monitors trends and analytics, ensures copyright compliance, and contributes to workflow improvements through AI, automation, and operational initiatives.
