Manage and optimize the company e-commerce store: create and edit product listings, analyze website and customer data, run marketing campaigns, set listing and content standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor competitors and trends, handle vendor relationships, use martech and customer service automation, and provide excellent customer experience for assigned product categories. Must work night shifts.

Manage and grow client accounts through relationship building, consultative planning, upselling, and project coordination. Serve as primary client contact, deliver strategic recommendations, oversee renewals and presentations, monitor account performance, and collaborate with internal teams using project management tools to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Support and execute digital marketing activities across social, influencer, search, SEO, and direct marketing channels. Create and schedule content, assist with influencer partnerships, manage paid search tasks, perform keyword and SEO work, support email/SMS and CRM campaigns, analyze performance metrics, contribute to pitches and presentations, and stay current on industry trends to inform strategy and optimization.
