The Associate Copywriter will create compelling copy for various platforms, collaborate with design teams, manage files, and stay updated on industry trends.

Manage and optimize the company e-commerce store: create and edit product listings, analyze website and customer data, run marketing campaigns, set listing and content standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor competitors and trends, handle vendor relationships, use martech and customer service automation, and provide excellent customer experience for assigned product categories. Must work night shifts.

Manage and secure the companys IT infrastructure: design networks, select hardware/software, deploy applications, implement cybersecurity and disaster recovery, provide help desk support and technical training, manage IT projects, budgets, and HR-aligned asset/account workflows.
