Build, integrate, tune and maintain real-time simulation models for defence training systems. Implement behavioural, effects and environmental logic, ensure composability and interoperability (HLA/DIS/APIs), collaborate with integration and QA teams, and iterate models from validation and operational feedback.

Lead Skyral’s external presence across media, public affairs, events, digital channels and executive communications. Set communications and public affairs strategy, manage agencies, prepare executives, deliver messaging, support sales and investor materials, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement with government, defence, partners and customers.

Maintain and operate a mixed platform of cloud-native and legacy systems for defence training. Deploy/configure on MODCloud/D2S/OpenShift, manage Kubernetes and networking, build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, apply SRE practices (monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis), support simulation/training systems, and collaborate with integration, modelling, and customer teams to ensure reliable, secure platform operations.
