Provide day-to-day onsite or embedded Level 1 IT support for a specific client: resolve routine tickets, perform workstation and account troubleshooting, escalate complex issues, maintain documentation/time entries, participate in on-call rotation, and build strong client relationships while complying with client security frameworks.

Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing and supplier evaluation, purchase order creation and tracking in ERP, contract support, supplier performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and value.

Provide embedded Level 1 technical support for a specific client: resolve tickets using runbooks, handle password resets, workstation and printer issues, escalate appropriately, maintain time entries, follow client procedures, participate in on-call rotation, and build strong client relationships to meet SLAs and CSAT targets.
