Provide temporary RN/LPN/LVN clinical care in Assisted Living and Memory Care: assess residents, develop/update care plans, transcribe physician orders, monitor medications, train/support care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in CQI, and foster a safe, compassionate environment.

Design and manage resident engagement programs for assisted and independent living. Assess new residents, create monthly activity calendars, coordinate events, volunteers, and transportation, manage budgets, collaborate with leadership, support safety and injury follow-up, and promote meaningful resident experiences.
