Lead surveillance systems engineering across the lifecycle, including requirements development, SysML modeling, architecture, integration, verification, validation, certification, and safety assessments. Support ADS-B, radar, DAA, TCAS/ACAS, and transponder systems while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards such as ARP4754B and ARP4761A. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and requirements traceability, while providing technical oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.

Lead MBSE activities across the systems engineering V-cycle: develop requirements, SysML models, architecture, verification/validation and certification artifacts (ARP4754B/ARP4761A). Support CDR, risk mitigation, compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Develop and integrate simulation capabilities to prototype and validate airspace management services; integrate third-party simulation tools; manage simulation projects, identify risks and corrective actions; produce and hand over simulation artifacts; present technical updates to stakeholders; support validation, certification, and continuous improvement of simulation processes and tools.
