Lead surveillance systems engineering across the lifecycle, including requirements development, SysML modeling, architecture, integration, verification, validation, certification, and safety assessments. Support ADS-B, radar, DAA, TCAS/ACAS, and transponder systems while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards such as ARP4754B and ARP4761A. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and requirements traceability, while providing technical oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.

Develop and integrate simulation capabilities to prototype and validate airspace management services; integrate third-party simulation tools; manage simulation projects, identify risks and corrective actions; produce and hand over simulation artifacts; present technical updates to stakeholders; support validation, certification, and continuous improvement of simulation processes and tools.

Lead cloud architecture design and ownership for mission- and safety-critical systems. Deliver topology analyses, software architecture and SDDs, integrate cloud with avionics/embedded systems, define ICDs, support certification and V&V, and implement secure DevSecOps and accredited CI/CD pipelines while liaising with government and regulatory stakeholders.
