Maintains financial records and full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and tax compliance support. Coordinates with external accounting partners, prepares BIR filing inputs, improves accounting procedures and internal controls, maintains documentation, and supervises and coaches a Junior Bookkeeper.

As a QA/Supervisor, you will oversee agents, coach and guide them on processes, monitor performance, manage queues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Oversees procurement-related accounting activities, supports monthly book closing, prepares financial and compliance reports, reconciles accounts receivable and payable balances, handles tax and regulatory filings, monitors disbursements and petty cash, assists with audits, and supports purchasing and management reporting.
