Owns delivery, governance, and development of the company’s investment proposition across a global wealth-management business. Responsibilities include adviser and client investment support, portfolio analysis and construction, investment-manager due diligence, Investment Committee leadership, adviser training, global dealing-team oversight, investment projects, portfolio migrations, and management reporting. The role requires strong investment knowledge, operational discipline, communication skills, and experience working with funds, model portfolios, discretionary managers, platforms, and bespoke investment solutions.

Supports international advisory and business development teams through prospect research, lead generation, client profiling, lead qualification, and appointment-setting support. Builds targeted prospect lists, maintains accurate CRM and Excel records, supports campaigns, monitors outreach performance, and reports on lead quality and conversion trends. Requires strong research, communication, data-management, Excel, organization, and follow-up skills while working across international time zones.

Supports paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn by setting up campaigns, managing budgets and bids, coordinating creative assets, maintaining tracking standards, and preparing performance reports. Analyzes spend, leads, CPL, CTR, and appointment data, maintains dashboards, supports conversion tracking and testing, and flags performance issues. The role is designed for an early-career marketer developing platform expertise and campaign ownership.
