Provides day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. Maintains corporate records, filings, governance documents, and board materials; assists with commercial agreements, financing transactions, due diligence, and transaction organization. Coordinates with external counsel on requests, deliverables, deadlines, and fees while supporting the Senior Legal Counsel and wider Legal team across multiple jurisdictions.

Freelance field researchers will visit cafes, markets, and vendors to test PayMoji scanning of local QR codes, document cash vs digital usage, observe merchant reactions, and report usability and on-the-ground payment barriers while living or traveling in-country.
