Oversee all hotel financial operations including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, cash management, and fixed assets. Prepare and review monthly financials, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and ensure timely close. Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls, coordinate audits and tax filings, and manage sales/occupancy tax. Partner with department leaders on labor, expenses, and revenue (ADR, RevPAR), support payroll and HR, supervise and develop the accounting team, and provide strategic financial guidance to improve profitability.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas, assist room attendants with linens and supplies, collect and transport linens/trash, set up event spaces, restock supplies, perform routine floor care, report maintenance/safety issues, and support other departments during busy periods.
