Provide strategic oversight for complex NetSuite ERP implementations, lead solution architecture and client engagements, oversee data migration and scalable designs, present to executives, review consultant work, manage escalations, support pre-sales, mentor consultants, and establish consulting standards and governance across projects.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and ongoing client support for small to medium-sized businesses. Gather requirements, design solutions, configure and test systems, prepare UAT plans, manage data migrations, coordinate integrations, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Serve as the primary client advisor while overseeing junior consultants and ensuring project quality, timelines, and alignment. Optional responsibilities include developing SuiteScript, configuring workflows, and integrating systems through NetSuite tools or iPaaS platforms.
