Designs, tests, and launches electromechanical suspension access systems and components. Performs stress, fatigue, load, and performance analyses; supports prototyping, validation, and new product introduction. Improves existing products using field and warranty data while driving safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability improvements. Creates technical drawings, specifications, bills of materials, test plans, and documentation, collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and suppliers.

Manage accounts receivable records, credit applications, collections, cash receipts, bank deposits, aging, overdue invoices, order approvals, and collection reporting. Maintain customer relationships, resolve account discrepancies, support audits, and improve processes to reduce errors and costs. The role requires at least three years of accounts receivable or collections experience, strong accounting knowledge, data analysis across multiple systems, and intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills. This is an onsite, Monday–Friday position.

Leads installation, commissioning, testing, certification, and service of permanent fall protection and facade access systems on commercial construction projects. Manages customers, contractors, crews, schedules, materials, labor costs, quality inspections, safety compliance, change orders, punch lists, and project closeout. Requires extensive North American travel and work at elevated heights and active construction sites.

Lead development and continuous improvement of an ISO 9001 quality management system, including documentation, audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and certification readiness. Own supplier quality activities such as qualification, audits, performance metrics, and supplier corrective actions. Develop inspection and sampling plans, support nonconformance disposition, and use SPC, MSA, capability studies, and trend analysis to improve performance. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain on new product introduction and engineering changes.

Develops commercial building access system sales across a multi-state territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing customer relationships, analyzing construction drawings, developing compliant technical proposals and estimates, coordinating with engineering and project teams, supporting installations and inspections, managing bids and documentation, conducting demonstrations and training, and meeting sales targets. Frequent overnight travel to customer meetings, industry events, construction sites, and rooftops is required.
