Oversees prototyping, productization, yield ramps, cycle-time improvements, process module development, DOE, SPC, metrology correlation, defect analysis, and cleanroom problem solving. Manages customer technical relationships, revenue-focused engineering delivery, cross-functional execution, and a team responsible for talent development, resource allocation, and performance management.

Drive revenue growth for foundry services by acquiring customers, expanding existing accounts, managing sales pipelines, and closing complex semiconductor business. Lead opportunities from engagement and technical discussions through quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, kickoff, and account management. Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and executives to assess feasibility, scope programs, forecast revenue, and meet bookings objectives. Travel up to 30%, primarily within the United States.

Manage semiconductor customer accounts and development programs, coordinating sales, engineering, operations, foundry execution, third-party vendors, order fulfillment, revenue recognition, forecasts, materials tracking, and product delivery schedules. Support customer onboarding, quote generation, ERP transactions, MES updates, and issue escalation while maintaining strong customer communication and business outcomes.
