Lead a 60+ person production team to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality food manufacturing. Own CMMS, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer commitments and improve equipment uptime.

Support commercialization and growth via pricing, costing, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling. Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance to deliver insights, improve margins, validate costing, and build reporting solutions and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

The Financial Analyst Operations analyzes financial performance, provides reporting, supports decision-making, and collaborates with plant leadership to optimize processes and minimize costs in a manufacturing environment.
