Welcomes guests, answers questions, manages daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins and check-outs, handles bookings and payments, promotes memberships and services, maintains a clean front desk, communicates updates, and escalates concerns. The role is part-time, requires weekend availability, and involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working around dogs and occasional messes.

As a Support Skipper, you'll welcome guests, manage bookings, handle payments, promote services, and ensure a smooth front desk experience.
