Provides branch-based and remote customer service, identifies financial needs, discusses savings products and services, conducts customer reviews, resolves issues, maintains accurate records, and supports vulnerable customers. The role involves face-to-face, virtual, and telephone engagement, proactive customer outreach, product education, policy compliance, and delivering tailored solutions. This is a full-time fixed-term position supporting the Keighley and Silsden branches through April 2027.

Engage existing and prospective customers through branch, virtual, and telephone interactions. Conduct financial review appointments, understand customer goals, identify suitable non-advised products, generate leads, promote financial advice, and refer customers to advisers. Maintain accurate customer records, support vulnerable customers, follow policies and controls, and help coach colleagues to improve customer engagement and performance.

Provides second-line compliance oversight, advice, and constructive challenge on UK GDPR, PECR, and related data protection requirements. Interprets regulatory developments, supports regulatory change, advises on complex queries, contributes to business and transformation initiatives, and helps strengthen data protection controls. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, regulatory communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the Compliance and Group Risk functions.
