Provides second-line risk oversight, challenge, assurance, and reporting across information security, technology, AI, data, change, and operational resilience. Assesses controls and mitigation plans, leads thematic reviews and risk assessments, escalates issues, advises stakeholders, strengthens risk culture, and presents emerging risks and trends to senior leaders and committees in a regulated environment.

Leads second-line oversight, challenge, and assurance across operational risks, including technology, cybersecurity, resilience, data, third-party, and change risks. Advises senior stakeholders, strengthens risk frameworks and governance, produces executive and Board reporting, supports regulatory initiatives, and leads a high-performing operational risk team through coaching and continuous improvement.

Strengthen the enterprise risk management framework through risk reporting, analysis, governance, oversight, and challenge. The role identifies emerging and thematic risks, translates complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and the Board, supports regulatory alignment, and improves risk processes through systems, automation, and technology. It also requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to embed consistent risk practices across a regulated financial services organization.
