Provide first-contact customer service in a branch, identify customer needs through conversations and 'My Review' appointments, recommend appropriate savings products, maintain accurate customer records, support vulnerable customers, proactively contact customers by phone, and follow policies, controls and authority limits while delivering excellent service face-to-face, virtually, and by phone.
