Provide first-line customer service in-branch and by phone: identify customer needs, recommend savings products, maintain accurate records, proactively contact customers, support vulnerable customers, and follow policies and controls.

Provide excellent customer service in branch and remotely by understanding customer needs, conducting review appointments, recommending savings products, maintaining records, and proactively contacting customers to support their financial goals.

Provide face-to-face and phone customer service at the Newcastle branch: welcome customers, identify needs, promote savings products, perform proactive outreach, maintain accurate records (including vulnerable customers), resolve issues, adhere to policies, and support branch operating hours. Permanent, 36 hours/week role with training and development.
