Build and own Skip’s finance function, including cash flow, accrual accounting, controls, inventory and fixed assets, financial modeling, working capital strategy, and Series A readiness. Automate close, reconciliation, reporting, and finance workflows using AI, Python, SQL, and APIs. Partner with manufacturing and operations on supplier terms, purchasing, and supply chain cash flow.

Own mechanical designs for wearable robotic products from architecture through commercialization. Responsibilities include CAD development, mass optimization, DFM, tolerance analysis, materials and process selection, vendor management, engineering specifications, verification testing, technical documentation, manufacturing support, and on-body prototype testing. The role collaborates cross-functionally, supports Asian-based NPI activities, and requires relocation to the Bay Area.

The Motor Control Firmware Engineer will design and develop motor control systems, validate performance, and guide future product iterations in wearable robotics.
