Manage high-volume recruiting coordination and candidate experience, including scheduling, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, initial screens, sourcing support, and HR operations/compliance tasks to ensure accurate employee lifecycle administration across multiple clinic locations.

Provide front-desk patient support: check patients in/out, answer phones, process payments, schedule appointments, maintain product displays, perform administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming front-room experience.
