Oversee operations, performance, compliance, and patient experience across multiple clinics in a designated region. Partner with clinic managers, providers, administrative staff, and clinic operations leadership to ensure consistent, efficient performance and achievement of business goals. Lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, manage projects, and support company growth. The role requires 50% travel between clinics.

Provides front-office support for a cosmetic dermatology practice by checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, updating electronic records, and explaining products and services. Maintains a welcoming, organized clinic environment, assists patients with recommendations, and handles administrative tasks independently. Training is provided.

Provide front-desk patient care: check patients in/out, answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments, maintain product displays and a welcoming reception area, educate patients about products/services, and perform administrative tasks using electronic patient records.
