Coordinate the front-office patient experience by checking patients in and out, providing treatment and product information, processing payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining patient records, and completing administrative tasks. The role also includes keeping the reception area clean and welcoming, organizing products and furniture, educating patients, and making recommendations about aesthetic services and skincare products.

Manage high-volume recruiting coordination and candidate experience, including scheduling, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, initial screens, sourcing support, and HR operations/compliance tasks to ensure accurate employee lifecycle administration across multiple clinic locations.

Provide front-desk patient care: check patients in/out, answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments, maintain product displays and a welcoming reception area, educate patients about products/services, and perform administrative tasks using electronic patient records.
