Lead sales floor performance and deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments. Support opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and register reconciliation. Coach and mentor Sales Associates, assist onboarding, ensure operational checklists and safety/compliance tasks are completed, and provide coverage across clinics as needed. Work full-time on-site with weekend availability required.

Provide on-site retail sales and exceptional client service for a skincare clinic, meet daily sales and conversion goals, support operations (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory), coach and onboard peers, maintain merchandising and cleanliness, and follow compliance and loss-prevention procedures. Must work weekends and flexible hours.

Part-time, on-site sales associate who drives daily sales and conversion goals, educates clients on products and treatments, supports retention programs, handles opening/closing and cash reconciliation, maintains inventory and merchandising, provides peer coaching and onboarding support, enforces compliance and safety, and occasionally covers other clinics. Requires weekend availability and a minimum weekly hour commitment.
