Lead sales floor performance and deliver exceptional client service at an on-site skincare clinic. Coach peers, support onboarding, drive conversions and retention, execute opening/closing and inventory procedures, maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, and ensure operational compliance. Must support shift execution, provide coverage across nearby clinics occasionally, and work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
