Own month-end and year-end close activities, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, and audit support. Improve accounting workflows through ERP optimization, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Partner with AP, Payroll, Operations, IT, and field leadership while supporting multi-location retail accounting. Mentor Staff Accountants and help scale processes for business growth.

Provides personalized skincare and product sales, educates clients, schedules appointments, builds client retention, and supports clinic operations. Leads by example in customer service, promotes facials and skincare products, converts prospective clients, coordinates schedules, reviews performance reports, and supports team culture. Requires retail or skincare experience, strong communication, sales ability, multitasking, and availability for weekends and flexible clinic hours.

Leads sales-floor execution and delivers client education on skincare products, memberships, and treatments. Supports clinic opening and closing, cash reconciliation, inventory, merchandising, cleanliness, compliance, and loss prevention. Coaches and supports Sales Associates, assists with onboarding, handles shift questions, and escalates issues to leadership. Requires weekend, evening, holiday, and full-time availability, with occasional coverage at neighboring clinics.
