Teams at Skin Laundry

Manages a Skin Laundry clinic’s sales strategy, daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance. Leads hiring, training, coaching, and employee development while ensuring excellent client experiences and achievement of service and retail sales targets. Builds local partnerships, executes marketing and outreach initiatives, resolves client concerns, and maintains operational standards. Requires weekend and holiday availability, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and periodic travel to other clinics for coverage.

Leads the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor management, reconciliations, controls, audit readiness, and team development. Owns AP systems, automation, AI-enabled workflows, KPI reporting, cash planning, and process improvement across a multi-location business. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, Operations, and field leadership to improve accuracy, reduce risk, optimize payments, and support month-end close.

Lead day-to-day clinic operations and sales with the Clinic Manager, drive client retention and revenue, coach and schedule staff, maintain inventory and safety, and provide excellent customer service in a high-volume retail clinic.
