Part-time on-site Sales Associate in Del Mar responsible for meeting daily sales and conversion goals, delivering client education on products and treatments, supporting retention programs, executing opening/closing and cash/POS procedures, maintaining inventory and merchandising, coaching peers and onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance, cleanliness, and loss-prevention standards. Requires weekend and flexible scheduling with occasional coverage at neighboring clinics.
