Teams at Skin Laundry

Provides part-time retail sales and client service in a skincare clinic. Educates clients on products, memberships, and treatments; achieves sales goals; supports opening, closing, inventory, merchandising, cleanliness, compliance, and loss prevention. Coaches peers, assists with onboarding, handles shift questions, and supports promotional events and occasional coverage at neighboring clinics. Requires weekend and evening availability, reliable commuting, and flexibility for scheduled clinic operations.

Leads sales-floor performance and client experience in a skincare clinic while supporting opening and closing, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, compliance, and peer coaching. Educates clients on products, memberships, and treatments; helps achieve sales and conversion goals; supports onboarding and shift execution; and may provide occasional coverage at nearby clinics. The role is full-time, on-site, and requires regular weekend, evening, and holiday availability.

Leads sales strategy, clinic operations, staff hiring and development, customer experience, inventory, scheduling, and revenue performance for a beauty clinic. Coaches employees, drives membership and product sales, manages client relationships, executes local outreach, maintains operational standards, and ensures teams meet sales and service targets. Requires retail management experience, strong communication, business judgment, and availability for weekends, extended holiday hours, and occasional coverage at other clinics.
