Provides executive and operational support to the CEO and CFO, including calendar and correspondence management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, action-item tracking, and confidential communications. Maintains project trackers, operational documents, renewal dates, reports, and standard operating procedures across multiple medical practices. Supports practice managers, provider recruiting and onboarding, new-location readiness, vendor coordination, and cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
