Own game-level P&L and developer costs, partnership and distribution deal economics, and IRR approval processes. Provide finance coverage for the YayZ build, track content-sourcing economics, and establish KPI reporting. The role requires independent ownership across multiple business areas without dedicated analyst support, including contract review, deal modeling, cost optimization, and finance-function development.

Coordinates workplace and office operations in Bengaluru, including hospitality, building services, onboarding experiences, food and beverage programs, events, town halls, vendor relationships, surveys, budgets, and stakeholder communication. The role manages local vendors and landlords, supports distributed teams across time zones, tracks service levels and spending, and independently executes workplace programs and employee experiences.

Supports financial forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. Maintains model accuracy, validates assumptions, identifies forecast risks and opportunities, consolidates data, and communicates actionable insights to finance leaders and business partners. The role also contributes to process improvements and documentation while working onsite in Las Vegas.
