Own Skillz’s lifecycle CRM function across email, push, and in-app messaging, including strategy, execution, reactivation, journey design, measurement, segmentation, deliverability, and offer economics. Build holdout-based incrementality measurement, manage CleverTap ownership, enforce messaging hygiene, report campaign performance, and lead the Email Marketing Manager. Partner with Analytics, Product, LiveOps, and GTM to create an accountable retention and growth engine.

Supports onboarding and learning programs by creating training content, coordinating and facilitating workshops, managing the LMS, maintaining manager-training resources, tracking participation and learning metrics, building impact reports, and partnering with subject matter experts. The role also identifies skill gaps, supports development pathways, and improves L&D processes and learner experiences.

The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for technical roles, building candidate pipelines, and improving hiring strategies while ensuring positive candidate experiences.
