Lead paid user acquisition and reengagement across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and SDK networks. Own multi-million dollar UA budgets, optimize ROAS/CAC/LTV, ensure RMG and app-store compliance, run cohort and attribution analyses, partner with Data Science and Creative, and manage a team of UA managers to scale growth through experimentation and creative optimization.

Manage the Learning & Development function, design programs for employee growth and performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Lead Skillz as CEO with full P&L responsibility to scale player growth, game partnerships, and revenue. Build and lead a global senior team across Product, Engineering, Growth, Live Ops, and Developer Success; set strategy, metrics (MAU, LTV/CAC, ARPU, churn), budgets and forecasts; represent Skillz to FIRY leadership, partners, regulators, and the board; and drive operational excellence, profitability, and platform health.
