Own retention economics, LiveOps incentive efficacy, payment-funnel conversion, and virtual-economy KPIs for Skillz’s India platform. Partner with Product on retention plans and roadmap priorities, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and lead development of an FP&A Analyst. The role requires modeling incentive ROI using CPIN and randomized holdouts, translating cohort retention data into business plans, and making data-driven investment decisions across gaming titles.

Own Skillz’s lifecycle marketing function across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Lead reactivation and win-back strategy, journey design, segmentation, offer economics, campaign execution, incrementality measurement, deliverability, and messaging governance. Build CleverTap adoption, instrumentation, reporting, and lifecycle processes from the ground up. Manage an Email Marketing Manager and partner with Analytics, Product, Game LiveOps, and Launch GTM to optimize revenue and player engagement.
