Lead Arcade product strategy and execution, owning onboarding, discovery, competitions, rewards, referrals, retention, and monetization. Drive roadmaps, author PRDs and experiments, partner with Engineering/Design/Data, analyze cohorts and A/B tests, coach PMs, and communicate KPIs to leadership to grow NGR, pMAU, retention, and LTV/CAC.

Lead paid user acquisition and reengagement across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and SDK networks. Own multi-million dollar UA budgets, optimize ROAS/CAC/LTV, ensure RMG and app-store compliance, run cohort and attribution analyses, partner with Data Science and Creative, and manage a team of UA managers to scale growth through experimentation and creative optimization.

Manage the Learning & Development function, design programs for employee growth and performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
