Provide charge nurse leadership by supervising nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting nursing assessments, participating in shift reports, educating staff, maintaining infection-control and safety standards, and coordinating replacement staff as needed.

Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver trays and meal carts, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, rotate and manage supplies, follow standardized recipes and portioning instructions, and support resident nutrition and satisfaction in a team environment.
