Maintain day-to-day financial transactions for Bangor Housing Authority and its development arm: fund accounting, AP/AR, cash management, ACH processing, monthly closings, budgeting support, audit preparation, track community solar credits, book capital improvements, handle reserve requisitions, manage bookkeeper, and perform special projects.
