Manages SFPE’s membership database-centered operations, serving as the primary liaison to MemberSuite and resolving CRM issues. Provides membership customer service, administers renewal invoicing, produces financial reports, maintains member and partner data integrity, and improves database processes with accounting staff. The role also handles invoicing records and mailings, documents donations and partnership revenue, and supports members, chapters, and industry partners.

Leads HR managed services across a remote and hybrid consulting team. Oversees client success, HR strategy, service delivery, operational performance, financial results, profitability, retention, compliance, utilization, and continuous improvement. Advises business leaders, manages escalations, develops workforce initiatives, leverages HR technology, and partners with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to support growth and organizational success.

Develops and supports research and clinical devices through design, prototyping, verification, validation, manufacturing process development, and production support. Responsibilities include creating design inputs, specifications, engineering changes, production drawings, assembly instructions, bills of material, and test plans. The role also manages design files, CAPAs, quality-system compliance, and production processes under ISO 13485:2016.
