Build and maintain customer-focused hands-on training labs and virtualized environments. Review technical content for quality, troubleshoot lab and UI issues, write PowerShell and Bash automation scripts, and deploy and score labs through automated publishing processes. Collaborate with customers, lab developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to create technically accurate learning experiences. Contribute to process improvements, platform administration, technical standards, and multiple concurrent projects.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery of data products, analytics capabilities, and data infrastructure. Partners with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform features, manage Agile backlogs, define adoption metrics, support incident reviews, and identify AI opportunities. The role also contributes to technical planning, customer escalations, documentation, hiring, and cross-functional initiatives.

Leads the data engineering function and manages a team of at least five employees. Owns enterprise data platform execution, scalable pipeline development, Medallion architecture implementation, DataOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability, stakeholder intake, and engineering standards. Partners with data architecture and application teams, mentors engineers, drives delivery, and develops future leaders.
