Lead clinical and operational management of pediatric rehabilitation services. Oversee staff hiring, training, supervision, policies, budgets, billing/productivity, program expansion, interdepartmental collaboration, and clinical quality. Provide strategic planning, stakeholder relationships, and occasional regional travel.

Provide clinical oversight and case management for in-home ABA services: assess clients, develop behavior plans, progress monitoring, train and supervise staff and regional BCBA teams, coordinate with families, schools and clinical administration, and perform onsite supervision visits as required.

Provide and supervise in-home and clinic-based ABA services: oversee therapists, train and mentor staff, develop and monitor behavior and language programs, interface with families and professionals, and support organizational growth.

Assist operations by developing and maintaining server infrastructure and applications, revising programs for efficiency, supporting website design and social media, and working with HTML, CSS, SQL, and PHP under the Director of Operations.

Provide diagnostic assessments, screenings, and psychotherapy for children and adolescents; lead and supervise social skills program and staff; consult with families and providers; develop treatment plans and measurable goals; complete documentation and billing; travel regionally and work flexible hours as needed.
