Own end-to-end delivery of robotics programs spanning software releases, hardware builds, and customer deployments. Coordinate engineering, product, and operations dependencies; manage roadmaps, milestones, risks, capacity, and trade-offs; and lead Agile planning, release readiness, retrospectives, dashboards, and program reviews. The role also establishes scalable program management practices and maintains planning and decision-tracking systems in Linear and Notion.

Design, prototype, fabricate, and test electro-mechanical robotic systems for teleoperation, human-robot interaction, and data collection. Create CAD models and drawings, develop 3D-printed prototypes, integrate hardware with software, conduct testing and simulations, troubleshoot issues, and document designs and procedures. The role involves collaboration across engineering teams and may include haptic devices, exoskeletons, actuators, sensors, and high-speed control systems.

Own and improve robot teleoperation systems used for data collection. Diagnose tracking, retargeting, latency, and recording issues; build monitoring and reliability tools; evaluate teleoperation hardware and software; benchmark robot end-effectors; and collaborate with robotics, machine learning, data operations, and robot operators to improve usability and performance.
