Manage global sourcing and tactical procurement for robotic hardware BOM items (motors, sensors, PCBAs, cameras, custom electromechanical). Support R&D through prototype phases, execute RFQs/POs, oversee inbound logistics, inventory/kitting, supplier negotiations, and transition designs to scaled production while traveling internationally to engage suppliers and partners.

Build high-performance web and Android interfaces for monitoring and controlling robotic fleets. Implement real-time 3D/map rendering, resilient offline-first networking, and performance optimizations. Work across frontend and backend integrations, collaborate with robotics and ML teams, and define APIs and data formats for rich visualizations and telemetry.

Own daily operations and front-of-house experience for the San Mateo office. Manage reception, mail/packages, vendors, supplies, conference rooms, events, onboarding logistics, and workplace requests. Coordinate with People Ops, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities to maintain a welcoming, safe, and organized office, build processes, and proactively resolve issues.
