Teams at Skift

Provide front-line customer support for subscriptions, memberships, and events. Manage inbox, troubleshoot account/login issues, handle billing and payments, conduct outreach to attendees and members, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and retention.

Lead sponsor-funded quantitative research and translate findings into high-impact branded content. Design surveys, analyze data, write/edit multi-format editorial assets, manage freelancers, collaborate on pre-sale strategy, liaise with sponsors, and moderate live/virtual events while responsibly using AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Build and own Skift's core executive database (the "Skift 5000"); deduplicate, enrich, and tier contacts; own HubSpot CRM and fix pipelines; integrate Recurly, Stripe, and MySkift to unify subscription data and track NRR; create automated dashboards and playbooks for revenue teams; train internal teams and partner with CFO/CPO on controls and platform integrations.
