Teams at Skiffra

Lead product design for field software used by workers in mining and other physically demanding environments. Build a scalable design system, create glove-friendly and high-visibility mobile experiences, prototype offline and gesture-based workflows, conduct on-site research, and establish design standards as the founding field-product designer. Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery teams, and client stakeholders in a hybrid Los Angeles or San Francisco Bay Area setting.

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll build AI-native systems, integrating LLMs, prototyping quickly, and collaborating to influence engineering standards and culture.

Work on-site with customers to translate operational problems into deployed Skiffra platform solutions: design integrations, configure data and workflows, validate outcomes, diagnose issues, and translate field evidence into product requirements and repeatable deployment playbooks.
