Teams at Skiffra

Own frontend engineering and product design from concept through production. Build AI-driven interfaces that make recommendations transparent, explainable, and controllable; create the design system and reusable component library; and translate complex operational workflows and real-time data into dependable experiences. Work directly with operators and field teams, including regular site visits, while establishing frontend standards for accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and quality.

Maps end-to-end operational processes, analyzes integrations and data governance, translates business needs into system requirements, and builds dashboards, data pipelines, or workflow tools using SQL, Python, and BI or low-code platforms. The role includes client-site workshops, process ownership, user training, documentation, and collaboration with IT, engineering, and product teams. Fluent French, working English, Montreal-based work, and regular travel are required.

Work on-site with customers to translate operational problems into deployed Skiffra platform solutions: design integrations, configure data and workflows, validate outcomes, diagnose issues, and translate field evidence into product requirements and repeatable deployment playbooks.
