Provides legal counsel on product and marketing compliance, data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, and regulatory matters across the USA, EU, and UK. Assesses legal risks, advises cross-functional teams, develops compliance policies, supports regulatory inquiries and disputes, monitors legal developments, and gradually assumes ownership of assigned areas.

Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and copy for Meta user acquisition campaigns. Create production briefs, collaborate with User Acquisition teams, analyze creative performance, and use insights to refine future concepts. Monitor trends, competitor creatives, and platform behavior while incorporating AI tools into the creative workflow.

Manage treasury operations across multiple international entities, including cash flow forecasting, payment execution, cash balance monitoring, FX exposure, bank communications, fee controls, dashboards, and management reporting. The role will progressively own liquidity management, deposit and securities placements, treasury automation using AI, and banking infrastructure development.
