Personalize lifecycle communications, improve subscriber conversion and retention, shape markets and offers, build the CRM platform, maintain deliverability and compliance, and measure incremental impact through holdout tests. The role requires funnel analysis, experimentation, SQL, analytics, and AI tools, with preferred experience in CRM platforms, deliverability, multilingual campaigns, web-to-app funnels, and launching new messaging channels.

Identify and engage potential users and partners, build relationships with communities, agencies, and influencers, support user onboarding, develop social media acquisition campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and analyze local market trends. The role requires Spanish and English fluency, strong communication and negotiation skills, independence, and a results-oriented approach.
