Analyze payments, support, online reputation, funnels, churn, lifetime value, fraud, and operational bottlenecks. Partner with Operations leaders to convert insights into process improvements and business growth, while implementing AI and LLM automation for support classification, routing, and fraud detection.

Provides legal counsel on product and marketing compliance, data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, and regulatory matters across the USA, EU, and UK. Assesses legal risks, advises cross-functional teams, develops compliance policies, supports regulatory inquiries and disputes, monitors legal developments, and gradually assumes ownership of assigned areas.

Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and copy for Meta user acquisition campaigns. Create production briefs, collaborate with User Acquisition teams, analyze creative performance, and use insights to refine future concepts. Monitor trends, competitor creatives, and platform behavior while incorporating AI tools into the creative workflow.
