Lead global People Operations for 110+ employees: manage employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions), benefits and performance programs, compliance, HR systems/data integrity, engagement surveys, and office experience. Partner with Talent on hiring and compensation benchmarking, improve HR processes, and support international contractors and EOR arrangements.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities for AllBooked through inbound and outbound prospecting, conduct high-volume outreach (100+ daily activities), build relationships with SMB venue customers, become fluent in venue management challenges, and feed field insights back to Sales Leadership.

Lead Revenue Operations and Business Operations team to own systems, data, analytics, processes, and AI-enabled automation. Drive GTM systems architecture, reporting, forecasting, vendor selection, and cross-functional operational transformation to scale the business.

Own and execute experiential events, webinars, gifting, and ABM programs to drive pipeline. Manage strategy, logistics, promotion, outbound alignment, reporting, and budgets while partnering with Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps.
