Build and scale core AI capabilities, including internal AI agents, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, data models, and prompt-management systems. Own AI features end to end from specification through measurement, collaborate with tax experts and automation managers, make architecture decisions, iterate using user feedback, and potentially hire and mentor engineers. The role offers significant influence over the AI stack, cloud infrastructure, and product direction.
