Delivers production-ready software features end to end using GenAI tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development, debugging, research, and workflow optimization. Collaborates with product managers, designers, frontend, backend, and data engineers; documents technical decisions; learns new technologies quickly; and contributes reliably within a hybrid pod environment.

Lead a rapid-execution engineering pod developing production-grade AI agents and LLM applications for Skai’s Agents Studio platform. Translate customer feedback and market needs into scalable solutions, prototypes, backlogs, and platform improvements. Establish GenAI-native development workflows, build context layers and guardrails, and balance rapid delivery with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and maintainability. Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with product teams, forward-deployed engineers, and clients.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, driving net revenue retention and expansion through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and executive relationship development. Translate Skai's AI/agentic product suite into business value, lead discovery and negotiations, partner with Client Success and Product, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
