Lead success plans, QBRs, relationship mapping, risk recovery, account health, and cross-functional initiatives. Advise clients on performance marketing across retail media, paid search, and paid social while coordinating Product, Sales, Onboarding, and Services. Manage commercial outcomes, executive communications, CRM accuracy, and customer growth opportunities.

Lead a rapid-execution engineering pod developing production-grade AI agents and LLM applications for Skai’s Agents Studio platform. Translate customer feedback and market needs into scalable solutions, prototypes, backlogs, and platform improvements. Establish GenAI-native development workflows, build context layers and guardrails, and balance rapid delivery with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and maintainability. Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with product teams, forward-deployed engineers, and clients.

Generate and grow independent agency accounts, owning regional go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and the full consultative sales cycle. Build relationships with agency principals and operational stakeholders, close new business, drive retention and expansion, and develop strategic partnerships around AI-driven optimization and commerce media. Collaborate with internal teams on scoping, handoffs, product feedback, and account health while managing travel and event budgets.
