The Coordinator will support practice management and attorney development by coordinating talent processes, communications, and operational improvements while fostering a collaborative environment.

Support people operations for an assigned region or practice: manage talent processes (performance reviews, counsel/partner selection, staffing), coordinate communications, onboarding, and development programs, liaise with COEs, BD, and Knowledge Management, prepare leadership reporting, track resources, and handle administrative coordination to drive attorney engagement, development, and retention.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support, manage attorney resources, handle client communications, and organize travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations within the firm.
