Develop and optimize electrode manufacturing processes, establish production standards, analyze defects, improve quality, yield, and uptime, and support new process development. The role includes statistical process control, reliability testing, audit support, 4M change reviews, process documentation, investment planning, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Some on-call support is required.

Procures construction, equipment, spare parts, and general services for manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor management, contract administration, payment vouchers, supplier performance monitoring, procurement reporting, KPI management, and coordination with global teams. The role requires Korean proficiency, SAP MM expertise, manufacturing and ERP experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Serves as the technical authority for network architecture, industrial communications, and OT cybersecurity across energy storage and energy management platforms. Owns end-to-end network architecture, reference designs, hardware standards, segmentation, secure remote access, industrial protocols, and cybersecurity practices. Leads architecture reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, commissioning standards, and technical issue resolution. Partners with multidisciplinary teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction without formal management authority.
