The Tax Specialist ensures compliance with tax regulations, manages tax recording, conducts tax research, and collaborates with external consultants on complex tax matters.

Lead origination, development, and closure of utility-scale battery energy storage (BESS) projects. Build and manage a sales pipeline, cultivate long-term customer relationships, represent the company at industry events, respond to complex RFPs, and negotiate major procurement and service contracts to meet revenue targets.

Provide employment and HR legal advice, manage compliance programs (HSE, labor, privacy), coordinate with HQ, handle disputes and investigations, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, perform legal research, and manage outside counsel.
