Maintains facility security through patrols, monitoring, access control, incident reporting, emergency response, and enforcement of company and client policies. Documents security activity, operates CCTV and other equipment, prevents loss or damage, and supports coverage needs with open availability. The role requires open availability for vacancy and PTO coverage, physical stamina, professional communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work in potentially hazardous or stressful conditions.

Supervise security personnel and maintain client-facility security through access control, patrols, emergency response, incident reporting, and policy enforcement. Hire, train, evaluate, and manage officers; conduct site-specific training, quality-control visits, briefings, investigations, and performance reviews. Operate and monitor CCTV, radios, alarms, and access systems while maintaining administrative, operational, and training records. The role requires extensive standing and walking, physical restraint capability, flexible shift coverage, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
