Manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a high-volume janitorial staffing environment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, selection, screening, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain job advertisements, talent pipelines, applicant tracking workflows, and candidate communications. Coordinate hiring events, collaborate with hiring managers, support recruitment for new locations, administer assessments, and follow employment laws and company policies. The role requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, multitasking, professionalism, and the ability to meet aggressive hiring goals.
