Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to build and deploy deep learning models for real-time sorting and process decisions from high-dimensional sensor and imaging data. Own architecture, model development (classification, segmentation, anomaly detection, representation learning), data pipelines, productionization on AWS, and mentor the team while collaborating with Engineering, R&D, and Production.

Own day-to-day ERP, supply chain, logistics, and inventory operations. Manage feedstock lifecycle, product tracking, production coordination, vendor/3PL relationships, and cross-functional workflows to ensure accurate records, timely shipments, and scalable processes.

Lead strategic partnerships and commercialization: identify and close partnerships across plastics and circularity sectors, manage grant applications, translate R&D into commercial propositions, build proposals and negotiate deals, create technical marketing assets, monitor market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events.

Build end-to-end ML systems for spectral, hyperspectral, and imaging data: ingest and calibrate sensor data, extract features, develop classification/segmentation/anomaly detection and spectral unmixing models, deploy models to production and edge, establish calibration and data quality standards, and collaborate with process teams on experimental design and model evaluation.

Lead scale-up of chemical/materials processing technologies into large-scale facilities. Design, test, and optimize equipment; perform on-site troubleshooting and process diagnostics; integrate systems; engage vendors; produce technical documentation; and collaborate across teams to de-risk hardware and ensure reliable operation.

Support the CFO by analyzing and forecasting financial, economic, and operational data; build financial models; prepare board/investor materials; evaluate investments, capital expenditures, pricing, margins, and industry trends; support finance and business development with ad-hoc analyses.

Lead and manage the engineering team to drive process development, prototyping, and scale-up. Oversee project delivery, budgets, documentation, troubleshooting, vendor transfers, and cross-functional alignment with R&D and Operations.
