Build and maintain software across the application stack, primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Develop product capabilities, APIs, and AI-powered features while collaborating with product and design teams. Own work from discovery through production, write technical specifications, participate in roadmap planning, and join an on-call rotation. Use agentic coding workflows with tools such as Claude Code or Codex, and contribute to pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-growing environment.

Build and operate AWS and Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, Terraform configurations, GitOps and CI/CD workflows, deployment tooling, and observability systems. Improve developer self-service, reliability, incident response, and legacy infrastructure modernization. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, troubleshoot production issues, support safe rollouts, and deliver reusable infrastructure and developer tooling solutions.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-native underwriting: set a 12-month vision, prototype and ship early proofs, partner with design and engineering, represent the product externally, and raise team performance to move AI from assistive to decisioning at scale.
