Manages corporate communications across digital, print, internal, and external channels. Develops communications plans, writes and edits institutional content, maintains website and social media, supports media relations, government advocacy, events, and stakeholder engagement. Oversees communications staff, vendors, budgets, projects, and departmental operations while ensuring consistent branding and messaging. The role also contributes to policy analysis, institutional planning, and culturally supportive communications aligned with Indigenous education priorities.

Supports a Cayuga language instructor with classroom delivery, demonstrations, group activities, instructional materials, attendance, scheduling, communications, and online learning platforms. Provides individualized and small-group learner assistance, facilitates language practice, reinforces pronunciation and comprehension, and encourages participation. Assists with culturally responsive, experiential, land- and community-based learning activities while supporting course administration, learner engagement, language revitalization, and communication about learner needs.
