Direct the agency’s external communications strategy, shaping its narrative and increasing visibility through press, thought leadership, awards, events, executive visibility, philanthropy, and relationship-building. Identify compelling stories and opportunities, build media and industry relationships, secure speaking and recognition opportunities, expand research platforms, and coordinate with agency leadership to ensure consistent external positioning.

The role requires agency account management experience, entertainment industry knowledge, strong budget and media billing skills, and the ability to develop client relationships and direct reports.

Manages day-to-day client relationships across assigned digital marketing agency accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating internal workflow, developing briefs, tracking budgets and invoicing, presenting recommendations, ensuring quality, contributing to strategy, monitoring industry trends, and identifying account growth opportunities. The role requires clear communication, client presentation skills, collaboration with creative and media teams, and understanding clients’ business objectives.
