The Time Synchronization System Architect will develop technical relationships with key customers, drive architectural discussions, influence SiTime's roadmap, and advocate technical expertise for design wins in data centers and networking markets.

Owns end-to-end payroll processing across the United States, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include validating payroll inputs, reviewing registers and tax calculations, reconciling payrolls, managing funding and reporting, resolving employee issues, supporting tax and statutory filings, monitoring vendors, maintaining audit controls, and improving payroll processes. The role requires extensive U.S. and international payroll expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple calendars across time zones.

Leads vulnerability management and security operations, including SIEM and telemetry coverage, MDR oversight, risk-based remediation, incident response, ransomware readiness, and security incident command. Builds and scales the function through employees, managed services, and contractors; establishes service levels, detection workflows, playbooks, exercises, and executive reporting. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to reduce security risk and drive remediation to closure.
