Sells SiteMinder products and acquires new customers through cold calling, lead follow-up, proposals, contract negotiation, and business development. The role manages prospective and newly acquired accounts until handoff to onboarding or account management, maintains CRM records, coordinates client meetings and demos, and provides product feedback. It is remote from Bali and requires fluent Indonesian and English communication.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Collaborate within distributed agile teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, support production systems through on-call rotations, and contribute to releases, infrastructure as code, testing, CI/CD, and engineering improvements.

Acquire and grow hotel clients through the full SaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Meet sales KPIs, maintain accurate CRM records, provide product feedback, and collaborate with industry groups and travel associations. The role requires fluent German, professional English, strong communication, resilience, and occasional travel to client meetings.
