Owns Sitemate’s global People Operations function, including payroll, employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, IT provisioning, people programs, analytics, compliance, and employee relations. Leads a two-person team while designing HR systems, AI agents, automations, frameworks, and self-service playbooks. Partners with executive, Finance, Legal, and department leaders on workforce planning, compensation, leveling, performance, engagement, hiring, and organizational design across Australia, the UK, the US, and Canada.

Own the employee lifecycle across multiple countries and entities, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data, performance cycles, compensation reviews, policies, and engagement programs. Build scalable, documented processes, improve compliance, coordinate with Finance, manage vendors, and automate repetitive work using AI and workflow tools. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-growing technology company.

Leads a team of 3–4 sales contributors while serving as a player-coach. Responsibilities include coaching Account Executives and Account Managers, reviewing pipelines, running meetings and call reviews, conducting demos, closing deals, supporting negotiations, aligning with leadership on Oceania sales performance, and assisting with hiring and onboarding. The role emphasizes execution of sales playbooks, team development, culture, accountability, and mid-market customer engagement.
