Lead Sitemark's commercial launch in Australia: build pipeline, prospect relentlessly, deliver pitches, negotiate and close enterprise deals, meet revenue targets, represent the company at events, and establish a trusted presence in the renewable energy market.

Lead end-to-end development of full-stack features, own architecture and production quality, work directly with customers to translate problems into solutions, use AI-assisted coding tools, and mentor the team to improve product reliability, performance, and long-term scalability.

Work directly with founders and leadership to drive high-value cross-functional projects end-to-end. Build operational systems for rapid scaling, run planning and KPI tracking, and prepare leadership and board materials. Advise leadership, align teams, remove bottlenecks, and implement solutions across finance, people, ops, and strategy. Fill changing gaps and deliver measurable outcomes that enable growth from ~60 to 200 employees.
