Lead onboarding, activation, and ongoing support for independent pharmacies in clinical trial recruitment and wellness screening programs. Train staff, travel to sites, use PMS and SiteLabs tools to identify eligible patients, monitor performance, troubleshoot workflows, and drive data-informed improvements to recruitment and program execution.

Coordinate and support decentralized clinical trials across independent pharmacy sites. Onboard and train pharmacies, liaise with sponsors/CROs, track recruitment and performance, ensure IRB/HIPAA/GCP compliance, conduct site audits, and generate progress reports. Provide ongoing pharmacy success management, troubleshooting, and clinical program support.
