Build and maintain scalable Python backend services powering AI Studio and Coderick AI. Design APIs, integrate and route LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic), implement observability, reliability, and safety measures, prototype and harden AI features, collaborate with platform and AI engineers, troubleshoot incidents, and develop internal tooling to help teams adopt AI.

Build and maintain Python backend services powering AI features (AI Studio, Coderick AI). Design scalable FastAPI services, APIs, LLM integrations, observability, tool-calling/agent workflows, and optimize cost/latency/reliability. Prototype, ship, and harden features while partnering with AI and platform engineers on deployment and operations.

Design user-centered interfaces for SiteGround products. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Use user research and usability testing to inform designs, maintain design system consistency, iterate on feedback, and apply visual design fundamentals for responsive web experiences.
