Develops new markets and channel partnerships for TPA and employee benefits services. The role targets carriers, brokers, MGUs, captives, affinity programs, and point solutions; creates tailored benefits solutions; builds decision-maker relationships; and achieves sales and retention goals. Candidates need prior sales experience in the TPA, carrier, cost-control, or related insurance sector, benefits industry knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and nationwide travel availability.

Serves as the primary contact for brokers and clients, managing inquiries, plan performance reviews, renewals, mid-year changes, reporting, and open enrollment support. Coordinates information and requests across internal departments, leads client and broker meetings, develops presentations, analyzes costs, and delivers responsive, relationship-focused service.
